No. Usually we’ll plan your marketing six to twelve months ahead, but you’re not locked in to a lengthy contract so you can cancel at any time.
Let us know, and depending what it is we may be able to tweak some of the other monthly tasks to fit it in, or price separately for the work required.
There are no extra costs or nasty surprises for your Marketing Package subscription. As part of our planning together we will have agreed a budget for any applicable costs such as media advertising, pay-per-click or printing costs.
That’s okay. Just ask for a complimentary Marketing Review. We’ll spend a full hour talking through where you are with your business, where you want to be, and how we can best help you get there. It’s not a sales pitch – if the right choice for you is no choice – we’ll tell you that too.

Let us know what you have in mind. Often we find what might sound like a bespoke requirement is actually covered within one of the existing packages. Structuring our workflow around these five packages makes us more efficient and cost effective. But we won’t try and fit a square peg into a round hole – so just talk to us and tell us what you want to achieve.
If you’re serious about marketing we would recommend at least this amount a month. We can provide individual features instead of one of our packages – but bear in mind it’s getting you marketing working as a system that will bring the most benefit.
We’ll be surprised if what you want to achieve won’t fit in the Max Package – but just let us know what you have in mind and we’ll come up with a cost-effective solution for you.
If you have a good relationship with an existing supplier, that’s great. We can usually work with them to build on what you’ve achieved so far.
Ideally, yes. We’re here to make your marketing happen and free up your time so you can get on with business. But remember, in the words of Peter Drucker, “Marketing & Innovation are the only two things that make money; everything else is a cost.” Allocating one day a month to review performance and revise your marketing goals is recommended.
The various features of your Marketing Subscription are carried out either by our in-house team or our regular partners who each have their own specialism. Your point of contact is your System Manager, who manages and coordinates your monthly activities and liaises with you to report on performance and agree future goals.
Your System Manager will send you regular reports and updates to keep you informed, and will usually schedule a ‘catch up’ call with you at least once a month. In between times – if there’s anything you need to know just ask.
