Tracking Phone Numbers

How can you tell which of your adverts are performing and which are a waste of space?

One way is by allocating separate telephone numbers to different sources. For example, if you sent a direct mail postcard campaign – you could add a telephone number for your prospects to call that doesn’t appear anywhere else in your marketing. Any calls received on that number can be positively attributed to your postcard campaign.

Thanks to our technology, you don’t need any more phone lines installed at your premises, or any expensive hardware.

Calls are routed automatically to your normal business phone, your mobile or even to a phone application on your computer allowing you to receive calls via your headset.

There are no long term contracts, and you can cancel numbers at any time. If you ran a one off campaign in a newspaper for example and you’ve seen responses naturally drop away over time – then you can choose either to use the number for something different, or simply cancel it  or replace it with a new one to track a different campaign.

Each month you’ll get a full report of all calls received on your tracking numbers. You’ll be able to see the the exact date and time the call was received, it’s duration and – where available – the Caller ID of the person calling.

Numbers are available with UK geographic dialling codes and cost your caller exactly the same as calling a physical landline – infact they won’t notice any difference at all. Non Geographic prefixes and freephone numbers are also available as an option.

Tracking Numbers are included at no extra cost in all of our Monthly Marketing Packages (‘Biz’ and above) or are available as a stand-alone service from £10+VAT for the initial set-up of a local tracking number, with a monthly management fee of £7.99+VAT per number (inclusive of at least 500 inbound minutes).
